Project Overview
Fowler Ridge II is a joint venture between AEP Renewables and BP Wind Energy. The 200-megawatt (MW) wind farm is located in Benton County, Indiana. The project was completed in 2009 and generates enough clean electricity to power approximately 47,000 homes. The power from Fowler Ridge II is sold under four 50-MW contracts for 20 years; three with American Electric Power and one with CenterPoint Energy Delivery of Indiana.
